We want ordering from sofi to feel simple, calm and reassuring from the moment you click through to the moment you sleep better. Here’s everything you need to know.
Shipping
Where we ship from
All sofi orders are packed and shipped from our UK fulfilment partner. This helps us deliver quickly and reliably, while keeping everything fully UK compliant.
UK delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days
• You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, especially during busy periods or public holidays, but we always aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.
International delivery
From time to time we may open shipping to selected international markets. If your country is available, you’ll see this clearly at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs checks, duties or delays outside our control.
Packaging & handling
sofi products are glass-based and carefully packed to arrive safely. In rare cases where damage happens in transit, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Food supplements
Because sofi products are food supplements, UK regulations mean we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Sleep Match and satisfaction guarantees
If you’ve purchased a product or programme that includes a specific satisfaction or sleep guarantee, the details and eligibility criteria will always be clearly explained on the product page. Those terms sit alongside this policy.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and checked, refunds are processed to the original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
