At sofi, we believe better sleep starts with understanding your body, not forcing it. We put a lot of care into our plant-based formulations and the experience around them, and we want you to feel supported every step of the way.

Here’s how refunds and satisfaction work.

 


 

Our promise

We design sofi to be gentle, thoughtful and effective. Most people feel a difference quickly, but everyone is unique. If something isn’t right for you, we’ll always aim to be fair, kind and clear in how we help.

Standard refund policy

Because sofi products are food supplements, UK regulations mean we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

You’re eligible for a refund if:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging
• You can provide proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

 


 

Sleep Match and satisfaction guarantees

Our deeper commitment

Some sofi products or programmes include a clearly stated satisfaction or sleep guarantee. These are designed for people who want to explore how different plants work with their own biology over time.

If your product includes a Sleep Match or programme-based guarantee, the exact terms will always be explained on the relevant product page and within the app experience.

In general, these guarantees are built around:

• Using the products as directed
• Engaging with the sofi app to track your experience
• Giving each formulation enough time to show how it affects you

If you meet the criteria and don’t experience meaningful improvement, we’ll offer either a refund or an alternative pathway, such as a future formulation, depending on the programme.

If you’re unsure whether you qualify, just ask. We’re here to help, not catch you out.

 


 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Always use as directed
• Keep out of reach of children
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional before use

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
