1. Sleep Now — General Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase of Sleep Now, we offer a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unopened and in original condition.
  
• Contact support@sofihealth.com with proof of purchase.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products unless part of a verified Sleep Match program (see below).

2. Sleep Match — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in Sleep Match because 9 out of 10 users see improvement — but if you don’t, here’s our promise:

You’re eligible for a full refund or a free Sleep Now Season 02 pack if:

• Sofi app consistently to journal your experience over the 30-day program.
  
• You spray the formulations daily, three sprays twice per day (and pair your sofi smart spray to capture and evidence your daily spraying).
• You complete the 10-day trial for each plant and show no measurable improvement in your sleep.
  

To claim:

1. Contact support@sofihealth.com before day 35.
   
2. Provide a brief summary of your experience and any requested evidence (e.g. screenshots, journaling logs, capsule photos).
3. Used capsule set (empty containers).
   

We'll then issue a refund or ship your Season 02 trial pack featuring new formulations targeting different sleep pathways.

Returns Due to Damage or Errors

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
