Step 1: Pair your sofi Smart Spray and sofi.health app. Each time you use a spray, the Smart Spray logs your usage in the app, helping you and sofi track how each plant formulation affects your sleep, mood, and wellbeing.

 

We recommend downloading the sofi.health app right away while you wait for your Discovery Pack. This lets you create an account and get used to journalling how you slept and feel each morning. Your sofi Discovery Pack includes a sofi Smart Spray—a USB-C rechargeable case for the plant capsules that connects to your smartphone (iOS or Android). It tracks your use of each formulation and its effects. To map your response, simply journal on the free sofi app (yes, we lovingly call sofi “she!”). Over 10 days with each formulation, sofi listens to your feedback and tracks your improvement (or not) based on how many sprays you use.

4. How long does it take to see results with sofi?

Some of our pioneers felt a difference within days! Since everyone’s response is unique, we created the sofi Discovery Pack to help you discover yours. Try each formulation for 10 days, using 3-4 sprays twice a day (usually in the evening and before bed). Each capsule provides about 70 sprays, lasting around 10 days. Consistency is key! Stick with one formulation for 10 days before moving to the next. And don’t skip the daily journalling—it helps in two powerful ways. Second, it gives sofi the insights needed to support you better.
