Ashwagandha
We suggest taking 3 sprays in the morning to set you up for the day ahead. Ashwagandha belongs to the family of herbs called adaptogens that can help your body function better when under stress. Top up with 3 sprays at lunchtime for an optimal afternoon.
Passiflora
We suggest taking 3 sprays in the early evening, and another 3 just before bedtime. Passiflora is traditionally used to help improve sleep and is best used in preparation for sleep. It partners beautifully with valerian to achieve this, so don’t forget to take any of your unused valerian sprays along with it.
Valerian
We suggest taking 3 sprays of valerian at any time during the day when you feel your stress levels rising, or when you want some help to relax. You can use any leftover sprays (up to a daily total of 6) just before bedtime to help you achieve a great night’s sleep.
